This new hydraulic machine for double-sides-milling I-shaped-keys is an advanced second-generation device invented by our factory, which is used for processing the grooves of the I-shaped-keys. This device has the following characteristics:
1. There is a new design in the fixtures, which makes it firmer while clamping key blanks. (This structure has been patented.)
2. There are two lathe-heads and a whole-hydraulic driving structure (This structure has been patented). The cutting speed can be regulated steplessly, reducing the noise while cutting, simplifying the regulating operation and stabilizing the quality of the products.
3. The control system adopts the Siemens PLC, which lengthens the life of the machine and makes it more accurate while cutting key blanks.
4. There is an auto-protection function for protecting the cutters. When the cutters are blunt, the machine will give an alarm and stop automatically, preventing the cutters from being damaged.
5. There is an auto-diagnosis function for diagnosing hitches. When the machine breaks down, it will give an alarm and point out the position of the hitch.
6. It can be added a funnel for auto-feeding materials. If so, a worker can take charge of 3~4 devices at the same time, which greatly cuts the production cost.

1. Working efficiency: 6~15 keys per minute for ferric keys, and 20~30 keys per minute for cupreous keys.
2. Geometric tolerance of products: ±0.05mm
3. Rotation rate of the principal shaft: 1300r/min for ferric keys, and 5600r/min for cupreous keys.
4. Motor of the principal shaft: 0.55kW X2 motors
5. Motor of the oil pump: 1.5kW X1 motor
6. External size: Length 900mm, Width 600mm, Height 1100mm.
